Our role is to manage the design and build of clean rooms, including validation activities management (performed by an external contractor).

The design stage included, examination of the equipment and the utilities required for the clean room, understanding the user’s needs, established project budget, and bid management.

After bid, managed the contractor’s selection and the construction process.

Before handover to the end-user, performed the commissioning and validation activities for the equipment, HVAC system and clean rooms
